Microscreed Concrete Surfaces - Resin Flooring North East Ltd

Microscreed interiors experts Resin Flooring North East Ltd have installed a seamless microscreed surface throughout the bathroom of a residential property in Jesmond Newcastle Upon Tyne.

The walls and floor surfaceof the shower room were prepared by dust free diamond tooling to provide a key for the modern contemporary microscreed surface. The prepared walls and floor area were then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.

A primer coat was then applied to the prepared surfaces and allowed to cure. The bespoke Solacir microscreed decorative concrete was then applied to the primed walls and floor surface providing a seamless film. The colour stone was used for the wall surfaces and graphite for the floor area.

The contemporary microscreed surfaces were then sealed with two coats of clear polyurethane sealer. Two coats of wax were then applied to the sealed microscreed surfaces completing the operation.
