County Durham factory Floor Painting Specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed 140m2 of High Build epoxy floor coatings within the new machine area of Faerch Durham Ltd who are based on Damson Way, Dragonville Industrial Estate in County Durham North East England.

The concrete substrate was carefully prepared by dust free diamond grinding to remove a defective paint coat and to provide a key for the new epoxy flooring system. Once the dust free surface preparation was completed the concrete substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.

An epoxy DPM primer was then applied to the carefully prepared concrete substrate encapsulating the surface. Once the epoxy primer had cured two coats of a solvent free high build epoxy floor coatings were then applied to the carefully prepared and primed concrete substrate in the colour Stirling Grey to complete the operation.
