Bespoke Poured Liquid Polyurethane Resin Flooring Systems UK

A seamless white barefoot liquid polyurethane resin flooring system was installed throughout a penthouse suite in Southwark South London by specialist contractors Resin Flooring North East Ltd.

A wooden flooring system was removed and the concrete substrate prepared by dust free diamond grinding to provide a key for the new barefoot flooring system. The prepared concrete base was then vacuumed to remove all dust and debris.

The prepared substrate was then coated with an epoxy resin primer. Once the epoxy primer had cured a further regulating layer of epoxy resin was applied to completely seal the floor surface before the installation of the bareoot floor surface.

A barefoot white Aliphatic two part polyurethane resin was then hand cast at a depth of 3mm encapsulating the whole floor surface. Once cured the floor surface was then sealed with a high quality barefoot transparent polyurethane sealer coat to prevent scratching and staining of the barefoot resin flooring system.
