Industrial epoxy and polyurethane floor coatings specialists Resin Flooring North East Ltd have installed 160m2 of clear epoxy and polyurethane concrete floor sealers to a concrete substrate at the new head office and training facility of Dyno Plumbing based on Trimdon Grange Industrial Estate in County Durham.

The concrete substrate was prepared by dust free diamond grinding to provide a key for the new resin flooring system. It was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.

A UV stable high build epoxy coating was then applied to the carefully prepared concrete substrate encapsulating the entire surface and then left to cure overnight.

Two coats of a clear matt polyurethane sealer were then applied to the coated substrate to complete the operation.
