Liquid Epoxy Screeds - Resin Flooring North East Ltd

Liquid floor screed and coatings specialists Resin Flooring North East have supplied and installed 600m2 of seamless flowable epoxy floor screed at an automotive manufacturing factory clean room in County Durham North East of England.

The substrate was prepared by dust free diamond grinding to provide a key for the new seamless epoxy flowable resin floor screed. The prepared floor surface was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.

The prepared floor surface was then primed with a solvent free epoxy resin primer and allowed to cure. A scratch coat of high build epoxy coating was then applied by trowel to the primed floor surface to completely seal the substrate and allowed to cure.

A flowable epoxy resin floor screed was then applied by trowel to the carefully prepared substrate at a depth of 3mm encapsulating the substrate forming a heavy duty seamless industrial flooring system which is impervious to liquids and easy to maintain.
