Heavy Duty Industrial Resin Flooring Keighley West Yorkshire

Industrial factory flooring specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed 50m2 of heavy duty polyurethane floor screed upon areas of the factory floor after the removal of machinery at Gesipa Dalton Lane, Keighley, West Yorkshire.

A defective tiled surface was removed using mechanical tooling. The concrete substrates were prepared by dust free diamond grinding to remove tile adhesive and to provide a key for the new heavy duty polyurethane flooring system. A chase 10mm wide and 10mm deep was then cut into the substrates around the perimiters of the areas using dust free diamond tooling to anchor the heavy duty resin flooring once installed.

The carefully prepared concrete substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris. The concrete substrate was then primed with a DPM epoxy primer and then broadcasted with a coarse dried silica aggregate.

A heavy duty polyurethane floor screed was then installed upon the carefully prepared and primed concrete substrates at a depth of 9mm by trowel in the colour Slate Grey to complete the operation.
