Resin Bound Surfacing is a resin bound aggregate for pedestrian and vehicular trafficked surfaces. It is commonly used to create pedestrian and drive on surfaces which are decorative, functional, seamless and with slight flexibility.

The open matrix allows water to drain through to the base which helps to reduce water ponding and allows water to naturally feed surrounding planted areas.

This open matrix construction is in line with the requirements of Sustainable Drainage Systems Regulations ( SuDS ) which are designed to reduce the potential of flooding on new and existing urban developments.

An edging created by brick, stone, timber or metal should be installed to retain the resin bound paving and create a clean tidy edge detail.

Resin bound paving must be installed upon a sound and stable base such as concrete or asphalt.

Features of Resin Bound Surfacing include SuDS compliant and highly permeable, UV stable non yellowing polyurethane resin, natural aggregate appearance, alternative to conventional paving. Suitable for driveways, footpaths, pool surrounds, car parks, water features and many more applications.
