Seamless exterior gravel floor screeds Sunderland Tyne and Wear

Resin exteriors experts Resin Flooring North East Ltd have installed a seamless exterior resin bound gravel floor screeding system at a cottage in Fulwell Sunderland Tyne and Wear.

The concrete substrate was prepared by dust free diamond grinding and vacuumed to remove all dust and debris. Cracks in the substrate were cut out with dust free diamond tooling. The cracks were then filled with a high strength epoxy resin mortar and the prepared concrete substrate primed with a fast curing epoxy resin primer and left to cure.

The decorative resin bound gravel screeding system was then installed at a depth of 20mm to the prepared and primed concrete substrate. The decorative aggregate chosen for this project was barley beach. A stainless steel tread was then installed at the threshold of the gate to complete the project.
