Resin Flooring Specialists Silverlink North Shields

North Shields commercial resin flooring specialists Resin Flooring North East have made repairs to the existing polyurethane flooring system and formed a new ramp using resin floor screeds following the installation of a new chiller unit at the Mcdonalds Restaurant situated at the Silverlink in North Shields.

The defective piece of polyurethane flooring was cut out square. Chases were then cut into the existing flooring system using dust free diamond tooling to anchor the ramp once installed. Once the preparation was completed the areas were vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris. The carefully prepared substrate was then primed with an epoxy tack primer.

The ramp was then formed using an epoxy floor screed. Once the epoxy floor screed was cured chases 10mm wide and 10mm deep were cut into the ramp using dust free diamond tooling and then vacuumed to remove traces of dust.

The floor was repaired and the ramp resurfaced with polyurethane floor screed at a depth of 10mm installed by trowel in the colour Stirling grey to complete the operation.
