Garage workshop floor painting specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed 450m2 of epoxy floor coatings within the garage workshops of Charlie Taylors Garage Services who are based on the Standard Way Industrial Estate, Northallerton in North Yorkshire.

The concrete substrate was prepared by dust free diamond grinding to remove defective paint coats, oil contamination and to provide a key for the new epoxy flooring system. Once the preparation was completed the concrete substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.

A water based epoxy primer was then applied to the carefully prepared concrete substrate by brush and roller encapsulating the carefully prepared concrete substrate. Once the epoxy primer had cured two coats of a High Build epoxy floor coating were then applied to the carefully prepared and primed concrete substrate in the colour Sterling Grey to complete the operation.
