Epoxy floor coatings and industrial resin flooring specialists Resin Flooring North East Ltd have installed High Build epoxy floor coatings at the headquarters and training facility of ThyssenKrupp Access Ltd who are based at Preston Farm Industrial Estate in Stockton on Tees Cleveland North East England.

The substrate was prepared by dust free diamond grinding to remove a defective floor paint and to provide a key for the new seamless High Build epoxy resin flooring system. The prepared concrete substrate was then swept and vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris from the surface.

The High Build epoxy resin floor coating in the colour mid grey was then applied to the carefully prepared substrate encapsulating the whole surface and then left to cure overnight.

A second coat of High Build epoxy resin floor paint was then applied to the substrate to complete the operation.
