Commercial food grade epoxy flooring specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed 30m2 of food grade epoxy floor coatings within the panning area of Sweet Dreams Confectionery based in Cramlington Northumberland North East England.

The concrete substrate was prepared by dust free diamond grinding to provide a key for the new food grade epoxy resin floor coatings. The carefully prepared concrete substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.

Minor irregularities in the carefully prepared substrate were then filled with a fasr curing polyester filler which were then sanded.

Two coats of High Build epoxy resin floor coatings were then applied to the carefully prepared concrete substrate in the colour Flint Grey to complete the operation.
