Factory Floor Painting North Shields Tyne and Wear

Factory floor painting specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed 260m2 of High Build epoxy floor coatings and 240 linear metres of line demarcation within the premises of Monitor Coatings who are based at the Silverlink in Elm Road North Shields, Tyne and Wear in the North East of England

The concrete substrate was carefully prepared by dust free diamond grinding to remove defective coatings and to provide a key for the new epoxy flooring system. Once the dust free surface preparation was completed the concrete substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.

Pedestrian walkways and work stations within the factory were then masked up. Two coats of solvent free high build epoxy floor coatings were then applied to the carefully prepared concrete substrates in the colours Lincoln green, Ocean blue, Safety red, Safety yellow and black. Line demarcation was then added in the colour Safety white to complete the operation.
