Factory floor painting Specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed 300m2 of High Build epoxy floor coatings within the premises of Northern Balance Ltd who are based at Bamburgh Court, First Avenue, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear in the North East of England.

Carpet tiles were removed from the substrate. The concrete substrate was then carefully prepared by dust free diamond grinding to remove a defective paint coat, glue, screed and adhesive residues and to provide a key for the new epoxy flooring system. Once the dust free surface preparation was completed the concrete substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.

An epoxy DPM primer was then applied to the carefully prepared concrete substrate encapsulating the surface. Once the epoxy primer had cured two coats of a solvent free high build epoxy floor coatings were then applied to the to the main workshop floor in the colour Flint Grey to complete the operation.
