Anti Slip Brewery Flooring Masham North Yorkshire

Brewery flooring specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed 20m2 of anti slip epoxy floor coatings at the entrance of the brew house at Theakstons brewery in Masham North Yorkshire.

The existing floor screed was prepared by dust free diamond grinding to remove contamination and to provide a key for the new resin flooring system. The carefully prepared substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris. A high build epoxy coating was then applied to the carefully prepared substrate and then broadcasted with a dried 0.7mm - 1.2mm quartz aggregate.

The loose aggregate was then swept off and a high build polyurethane coating was then applied to the new surface to seal in the aggregate to provide an anti slip floor surface in the colour Salsa Red to complete the operation.
