Newcastle Upon Tyne factory floor painting specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed 180m2 of High Build epoxy floor coatings within the factory unit of The Handbag Clinic who are based at unit 10 Hobson Industrial Estate, Burnopfield, Newcastle Upon Tyne in the North East of England.

The concrete substrate was carefully prepared by dust free diamond grinding to remove defective coatings and to provide a key for the new epoxy flooring system. Once the dust free surface preparation was completed the concrete substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.

An epoxy DPM primer was then applied to the carefully prepared concrete substrate encapsulating the surface. Once the DPM epoxy primer had cured two coats of a solvent free high build epoxy floor coatings were then applied to the carefully prepared and primed concrete substrate in the RAL colour 7035 light grey to complete the operation.
