Garage workshop floor coating specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed 260m2 of High Build epoxy floor coatings within the workshops of M Sport Uk Ltd who are based on the Davenby Hall Estate, Davenby, Cockermouth, Cumbria.

The concrete substrate was carefully prepared by dust free diamond grinding to remove a defective paint coat and to provide a key for the new epoxy flooring system. Once the dust free surface preparation was completed the concrete substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.

A high build DPM epoxy primer was then applied to the carefully prepared concrete substrate encapsulating the surface. Once the epoxy primer had cured two coats of a solvent free high build epoxy floor coatings were then applied to the carefully prepared and primed concrete substrate in the RAL colour 7005 Goose Grey to complete the operation.
