Sunderland factory floor painting Specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed 150m2 of High Build epoxy floor coatings to form pedestrian walkways within the new premises of Griffith Textile Machines who are based at Walton Road, Pattison Industrial Estate, Washington, Tyne and Wear in the North East of England.

The concrete substrate was then carefully prepared by dust free diamond grinding to a key for the new epoxy flooring system. Once the dust free surface preparation was completed the concrete substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.

The pedestrian walkways were masked and an epoxy DPM primer was then applied to the carefully prepared concrete substrate encapsulating the surface. Once the epoxy primer had cured two coats of a solvent free high build epoxy floor coating were then applied to the to the primed pedestrian walkways in the colour Kingfisher Blue. Line demarcation and pedestrian crossings were then added in the colours safety yellow and white to complete the operation.
