Garage workshop floor painting specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed 220m2 of High Build epoxy floor coatings within the engine workshops of M Sport Uk Ltd who are based on the Davenby Hall Estate, Davenby, Cockermouth, Cumbria.

The concrete substrate was carefully prepared by dust free diamond grinding to remove a defective paint coat and to provide a key for the new epoxy flooring system. Once the dust free surface preparation was completed the concrete substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.

An epoxy primer was then applied to the carefully prepared concrete substrate encapsulating the surface. Once the epoxy primer had cured two coats of a solvent free high build epoxy floor coatings were then applied to the carefully prepared and primed concrete substrate in the colour Flint Grey to complete the operation.
