Anti Skid Warehouse Floor Coatings Middlesbrough Cleveland

Warehouse floor coating specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed 30m2 of anti skid epoxy floor coatings at the warehouse entrance of Superlec Electrical Distrubutors who are based on Riverside Park Road in Middlesbrough Cleveland.

The existing epoxy floor coating was prepared by dust free diamond grinding to remove contamination and to provide a key for the new resin flooring system. The carefully prepared substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris. A high build epoxy coating was then applied to the carefully prepared substrate and then broadcasted with a dried 0.7mm - 1.2mm quartz aggregate.

The loose aggregate was then swept off and a high build epoxy coating was then applied to the new surface to seal in the aggregate to provide an anti skid floor surface in the colour Kingfisher Blue to complete the operation.
