Domestic Garage Flooring Specialists Seaton Burn Tyne and Wear

Tyne and Weat domestic garage flooring specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed an industrial floor screed and epoxy coatings within a demestic garage at a property in Blagton Terrace, Seaton Burn Tyne and Wear.

A defective floor screed installed by others was removed after it had debonded from the subfloor. The substrate was then prepared by dust free diamond grinding to provide a key for the new industrial floor screed. The carefully prepared concrete substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.

A DPM primer was then applied to the carefully prepared substrate which was then fully blinded with a dried coarse quartz aggregate. An industrial floor screed was then installed upon the carefully prepared and primed substrate to form a new floor.

High Build epoxy coatings were then applied to the new floor surface in the colour Flint Grey to complete the operation.
