Commercial Garage Workshop Floor Painters North East England

Commercial garage floor painting specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed 380m2 of High Build epoxy coatings within the garage workshop of Just Motor Group who are based at Throstle Street in Blackburn Lancashire.

The concrete substrate was carefully prepared by dust free diamond grinding and dudt free captive shotblasting to remove oil contamination a defective coating and to provide a key for the new epoxy floor coating system. The carefully prepared concrete substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris. The carefully prepared concrete substrate was then primed with a DPM epoxy primer.

Two coats of High Build epoxy floor coatings were then applied to the carefully prepared substrate by brush and roller in the RAL colours 7040 Window Grey and 7043 Traffic Grey. Line demarcation was then added in the colour Safety Yellow to complete the operation.
