North East floor preparation and dust free concrete floor grinding experts Resin Flooring North East Ltd have prepared a concrete substrate at a new build garage facility in Teesside in the North East of England.

The concrete substrate measuring 500m2 was prepared by dust free diamond grinding to provide a key for a new epoxy resin flooring system. Once prepared the concrete substrate was vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.

A fast curing solvent free epoxy resin primer was then applied to the prepared substate and allowed to cure. High build epoxy was then applied to the primed concrete substrate in the colour mid grey.

Line demarcation in the colour safety yellow was then added to complete the operation.
