North East England Pharmaceutical flooring specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed 260m2 of solvent free High Build epoxy coatings within the new premises of Rokshaw Laboratories based on Rivergreen Industrial Estate, Pallion, Sunderland Tyne and Wear

The concrete substrate was prepared by dust free diamond grinding to remove a defective coating and to provide a key for the new epoxy resin flooring system. The carefully prepared concrete substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.

The carefully prepared concrete substrate was then primed with a clear solvent free epoxy primer and left to cure overnight. The carefully prepared and primed concrete substrate was then coated with two coats of High Build solvent free epoxy in the colours Kingfisher Blue and Forest Green to complete the operation.
