Workshop floor painting specialists Resin Flooring North East have installed 60m2 of High Build epoxy coatings within the workshop of M9D who are situated at Stable House, Willington in County Durham North East England.

The concrete substrate was carefully prepared by dust free diamond grinding to remove a defective coating and to provide a key for the new epoxy floor coating system. The carefully prepared concrete substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris. The carefully prepared concrete substrate was then primed with a DPM epoxy primer.

Two coats of a High Build epoxy floor coating were then applied to the carefully prepared concrete substrate by brush and roller in the RAL colour 7043 B Traffic Grey to complete the operation.
